First you need a website that can both
generate and capture leads.
There
are many such sites available. They range from sites that don't work
to
very expensive sites that do work. Let's assume for argument sake
that you have a site that is reasonably priced and works
extremely well. Would having more online generated leads help
your business?

Everywhere you look there is SEO this and SEO that! Don't get us wrong; Search Engine Optimization is very important. We SEO on all of our sites. But assuming you don't have forever for Google and the others to crawl your site and decide your ranking should go from page 11,491 to page 10,982, and you would like leads NOW; there is a way! Advertise for free on many sites and/ or pay for advertising.
Statistics say most Consumers have a computer!
And they use their computers to look for property. So now that you have a site that works and you are advertising.....THEY WILL FIND YOU.
No Magic Here!
If you get consumers to your site, give them valuable information, and offer assistance they will sign up. They the real information is at their finger tips. Save property listing, set up alerts for new listings, maps, school information and so much more. Just like a lot of sites but wouldn't it be great if you could see everything they're doing on the site? What they look at, when they've been on your site, and be able with a click of a mouse shoot them and email from a full contact management system.
Oh; OK there is some work involved!
You really should give them a call or at least make up, save and use some template letters so it at least looks like you're on top of your game and working hard for them. Or you can use some letters already in the system. Simply put; if they set up listing alerts they will be back on the site every time there is a new listing. Every time they are on the site your name and face is in front of them.
There will be enough leads that you can get picky!
