Employment (Full & Part time considered)

 When we are hiring;

 Hiring prior to site launch August 1, 2010.

 What we’re looking for;

•          Self starter
•          Prior B2B Sales
•          Able to sell intangibles
•          Working knowledge of computers
•          Possible real estate experience or mortgage broker experience
•          Ability to grasp the importance of online leads
•          No fear of rejection

 Duties;

•          Call on real estate offices (Brokers) and sell the best product out there.
•          Complete all paperwork as required.
•          Obtain required approvals and links from MLS boards or data providers.
•          Learn about every possible competitor! Keep us advised.

 Remuneration;

•          $1,000.00 first sign-up per month.
•          $1,200.00 second sign-up. (+200.00 for first to make it retro)
•          $1,400.00 third. (+$200 and $200 for retro)
•          $1,600.00 fourth. (And retro back to first)
•          Cap out at $1,600.00.
•          When after one year the Broker renews $1000.00 for each renewal.

•       Learn about the competition.
•      Let us know you are interested and what areas you can handle.
•    Send in a resume etc. so we'll be "good to go" prior to August 1, 2010.
